Excellent quality, the only improvement was the delivery was very slow but due to the pandemic is understandable . Customer service could be better, I asked in a email if I needed any additional items to installed the product and I was ignored and never got an replied. I had to run to Home Depot to buy some screws and liquid nails after the waiting delivery delay. I could have ordered all needed installation items from your business to both of us benefit. Additionally, the product came with no installation instructions and I had to use youtube to figure out how to install it.
